Our Face Shields can provide protection from infectious materials in the surrounding air during this COVID-19 Pandemic. These Face Shields act as a barrier against facial area from airborne body fluid transmission such as saliva bronchial secretions, vomit, blood etc.

The Face Shields are designed and manufactured in consideration with different events where Doctors & Medical Heroes treating COVID-19 patients. In addition to these Frontliners, the Face Shields are to be used by all the people who need to follow social distancing to protect themselves during this Novel Coronavirus Outbreak.

 These Face Shields can be re-used after proper Sanitisation by Alcohol Wipes.

Material Specification:

Our lightweight Face Shields DIY kit have 3 components as an assembly as per the requirements - Head Bracket (Band), Shield Sheet (Foil) & Braided Elastic Strap.

1. Head Bracket (Band) - Polypropylene 

2. Shield Sheet (Foil) - 13"x 9.5" x 0.007" (height x width x thickness) Polyester Film Sheet

3. Braided Elastic Strap - 3/4" Elastic Cord

Features:

1. Transparent & Clean Sheet with no anti-fog coating on it.

2. No forehead foam cushion is provided with the assembly. We do not recommend foam cushion to the forehead as there are more contamination chances in addition to the difficulty in cleaning after a certain period of time.

3. Only polyester film sheet can be replaced after a certain time of its usage.
